Spencer is a marketing executive who has spent 15+ years building and scaling marketing operations for B2B SaaS, HR Tech, and multi-location service organizations. He has generated over $50M in ARR pipeline for clients, built a digital marketing team of 17, and managed more than $10M in media spend.

His strength is bridging strategy and execution. Spencer doesn't just set direction. He builds the systems, campaigns, and teams that produce the numbers: a client portfolio that grew from 45 to 66 locations in twelve months, a restaurant tech startup scaled past 1,000 locations, a record same-store sales month three months into a post-acquisition engagement.
